CCTV Control room Operator – Morley

We have an opportunity in Morley for a Controller. You Must have a valid SIA CCTV license to work with us. You will work a mixture of day and night shifts on a 4 on 4 off rota both days and nights

£10.00 Per hour

12 hour shifts

48 hours per week

07:00 – 19:00 & 19:00 – 07:00

Main Responsibilities:

• First line of contact for clients, reviewing emails, taking calls and responding accordingly
• Reactive to situations such as management engagement from customer complaints
• Crime desk supporting when the analysis is out of the business
• Tech monitoring on screens and compliance checking (BWC, risk watches) and reporting none usage
• Monitoring call monitor and coaching officer the book on process if not using automated system and likewise for tablet booking on
• Email monitoring and passing on emails to relevant departments as and when needed
• Contacting clients with blowouts and updating national clients as and when requested as a part of a schedule
• Logging complaints, incidents and issues via the relevant forms and handing over when required
